Purpose
To connect Trinity with people in our church family experiencing difficult times by helping support their physical, emotional and spiritual needs. To help restore the "care receiver" to be the whole person God intends them to be, able to live a grace-filled life in service to God and others.
Visitations
Individuals, friends or family may request a visit to those who are homebound, in a hospital, rehabilitation center, assisted living facility, long-term care or anyone who just needs a visitor.
Special services may be offered, such as soup or a meal, help in the home or yard through Helping Hands, or a visit from the pastors for communion. Flowers from worship services are sometimes available and given to those visited.
Prayer Cards
Cards with biblical scripture are signed and mailed weekly to those on the prayer concern list and prayers are said for those receiving cards.
To submit a prayer request, complete the form in the Narthex or prayer room or call or email the church office at

Support Groups
